Terms Of Service

• Cancellation Policy:  Please try to cancel with a 24 hour notice as a courtesy, however I do realize that things arise and a reschedule might be necessary.
• Turn Around Time:  Your photos will be available to you with in 24 ours of the shoot, unless otherwise discussed.  They will be delivered via email with a download link.  The download link will be available for a full week.  
• Slide show links:  Your Slide show link will be accessible for up to a year.  If you take the listing for longer please let me know so I can extend the length of time it is available.  
• Copyright:  All photographs, images and text appearing in the KRISTI B PHOTOGRAPHY web site are the exclusive property of KRISTI B PHOTOGRAPHY and are protected under United States and international copyright laws. Please be advised that the client is purchasing the rights to utilize the listing photos to market the subject property until it is sold or the listing expires.  Rights to use are good for the life of the listing and are not transferable to third parties such as clients, vendors, or other real estate agents.
