Why Seasonal Updates are important.

I am sure we can all agree that every season is beautiful in its very own way.  Spring brings with it a sense of renewal, life and energy, the earth turns green again and flowers burst into bloom..  Summer is beautiful blue skies, puffy white clouds and warm twilight nights.  Autumn as you see above always brings forth vibrant colors and weak rays of sallow sun. With winter comes the beauty of first fallen snow, glimmering icicles and naked trees.

I am mentioning this because with each season comes opportunity.   Opportunity to show your property in a "New Light" .  If its a new listing you have had just a few weeks and now the leaves are beautiful, definitely take the opportunity to re shoot that house.  Or if its a house you have had on the market for quite some time, why not give it a fresh look see if the change in season doesn't change how the house looks in different light?

My point here is, that one house that looks amazing in summer may not look as great under a foot of snow.  The same holds true for that house that has not the greatest lawn but somehow that first snowfall makes a world of difference and offers a freshness to the property.

So keep your eyes open and look for these subtle but "huge" changes.  It could be what you need to get buyers through the door....
